Hassas i\u015fleme alan\u0131nda d\u00fcnya lideri olarak, geli\u015fmi\u015f Tel EDM teknolojisini kullanarak havac\u0131l\u0131k ve t\u0131bbi cihazlardan kal\u0131p yap\u0131m\u0131 ve elektroni\u011fe kadar en zorlu end\u00fcstri gereksinimlerini kar\u015f\u0131layan karma\u015f\u0131k, s\u0131k\u0131 toleransl\u0131 bile\u015fenler sunuyoruz. Fiziksel kesme aletlerine dayanan geleneksel i\u015fleme y\u00f6ntemlerinden (\u00f6rne\u011fin frezeleme, tornalama) farkl\u0131 olarak, Tel EDM elektrik de\u015farjlar\u0131ndan elde edilen termal enerjiyi kullanarak mikroskobik malzeme par\u00e7ac\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 giderir ve b\u00f6ylece karma\u015f\u0131k geometriler ve ultra s\u0131k\u0131 toleranslar olu\u015fturulmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tel EDM'nin Temel S\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rmalar\u0131 (HLW'nin Odak Noktas\u0131)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>HLW uzmanl\u0131k alan\u0131&nbsp;<strong>Yava\u015f Tel EDM (SWEDM)<\/strong>\u2014hassasiyet i\u00e7in alt\u0131n standart\u2014yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, farkl\u0131 proje ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re uyarlanm\u0131\u015f geli\u015fmi\u015f Orta Tel EDM sistemleri:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Yava\u015f Tel EDM (SWEDM)<\/strong>: \u00c7oklu kesim (kaba i\u015fleme + ince i\u015fleme), deiyonize su sirk\u00fclasyonu ve y\u00fcksek hassasiyetli tel gerginlik kontrol\u00fc \u00f6zelliklerine sahiptir. Ultra s\u0131k\u0131 toleranslar (\u00b10,0005 mm) ve \u00fcst\u00fcn y\u00fczey kalitesi (Ra \u2264 0,1 \u03bcm) i\u00e7in idealdir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Orta Tel EDM<\/strong>: H\u0131z ve hassasiyeti dengeler, \u00b10,002 mm tolerans ve Ra \u2264 0,4 \u03bcm y\u00fczey kalitesi ile orta hacimli \u00fcretim i\u00e7in uygundur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Her iki teknoloji de temel avantajlar\u0131 payla\u015f\u0131r: mekanik kuvvet gerektirmez, sertle\u015ftirilmi\u015f malzemelerle uyumludur ve karma\u015f\u0131k i\u00e7\/d\u0131\u015f profilleri kesme yetene\u011fine sahiptir. Simetrik olmayan par\u00e7alar i\u00e7in 4 eksenli ve 5 eksenli \u8054\u52a8 (\u00e7ok eksenli i\u015fleme) deste\u011fi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Otomatik Tel Takma (AWT)<\/strong>: 10 saniyeden k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede i\u015f par\u00e7ac\u0131\u011f\u0131 kurtarma \u00f6zelli\u011fi ile 7\/24 kesintisiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma sa\u011flar. Ultra S\u0131k\u0131 Toleranslar ve \u00dcst\u00fcn Y\u00fczey Kalitesi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tolerans Aral\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong>: SWEDM i\u00e7in \u00b10,0005 mm (0,5 \u03bcm); orta tel EDM i\u00e7in \u00b10,002 mm \u2014 end\u00fcstri standartlar\u0131n\u0131 (ISO 2768-IT1) a\u015fmaktad\u0131r.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Y\u00fczey Kaplamas\u0131<\/strong>: T\u0131bbi ve havac\u0131l\u0131k bile\u015fenleri i\u00e7in 0,08 \u03bcm (ayna cilas\u0131) kadar d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck Ra de\u011ferleri, son i\u015flem (\u00f6rne\u011fin ta\u015flama, parlatma) ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Mekanik Gerilme veya Malzeme Deformasyonu Yok<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tel ile i\u015f par\u00e7as\u0131 aras\u0131nda fiziksel temas olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in, HLW'nin Tel EDM i\u015flemi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Alet izlerini, \u00e7apaklar\u0131 ve kal\u0131nt\u0131 gerilimi \u00f6nler \u2014 ince cidarl\u0131 par\u00e7alar (0,1 mm kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011fa kadar) ve k\u0131r\u0131lgan malzemeler i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Malzeme b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc korur, bu da onu \u0131s\u0131l i\u015flem g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f veya sertle\u015ftirilmi\u015f bile\u015fenler (65 HRC'ye kadar) i\u00e7in ideal hale getirir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.
