You can submit parts sized between 1” × 1” × 1” and 100” × 100” × 500” for CNC machining.
SendCutSend guarantees an overall machining tolerance of ±0.005″ for both feature size and position—meaning features may vary up to 0.010″ total—but note that specific custom tolerencing beyond this isn’t currently offered.
No. Internal features must accommodate tooling radii.
- Minimum internal cutout size: 0.125″ (3.175 mm)
- Sharp internal corners are not achievable; corners will have a radius of at least 0.0625″ (1.587 mm) to match cutter geometry
- Undercuts or inaccessible features that tooling can’t reach also cannot be produced
